Job Description

As a manager, you must lead and support your team in order to achieve optimal clinic performance both in terms of sales and the quality of customer service provided. You must communicate, plan and execute innovative strategies to increase your market share in conjunction with the OPTOPLUS Account Manager.

Sales:

  • Coordinate with the account manager to ensure continuity of operations during her absence;
  • Participate in maximizing the performance and profitability of the clinic;
  • Train employees on the best sales techniques and products with the help of the account manager; Collaborate in setting sales objectives, ensuring they are met and exceeded. Provide the necessary information to the entire sales team to achieve the sales objectives;
  • Support the account manager in the analysis of sales results;
  • Help to efficiently manage the payroll through good scheduling and efficient employees;
  • Respect the administrative procedures and policies of OPTOPLUS.

Human ressources :

  • Contribute to building a successful team recruit, prepare and train succession by identifying the best potential candidates for the various positions;
  • Motivate the team: create a positive work environment in search of excellence, develop a sense of belonging and pride in working for OPTOPLUS. Transmit the vision and mission of the company to its team;
  • Participate in performance evaluations of all clinic staff Help plan work schedules, communicate them to employees and monitor absences and delays;
  • Act as a model at all times. Visual presentation: Know the goods and the technical particularities of the products; Coordinate the creation of an attractive and inviting clinic with the Account Manager; Assist in the planning of merchandise receipt and ensure the visualization is done quickly;
  • Participate in the management of the visual image of the shop, the maintenance of the clinic and the back clinic.

Administration:

  • Understand and be able to use all functions and reports of our computer program; Know, understand and use the OPTOPLUS Procedures Manual;
  • Manage effectively all controllable expenses of the clinic; Work in accordance with company policies and procedures for loss prevention and safety;
  • Perform any other related duties upon request; Responsible for managing discounts;
  • Collaborate in setting sales objectives, ensuring that they reach and exceed them;
  • To communicate the necessary information to the entire sales team in order to reach the sales objectives. Inherent skills and knowledge: Rallying leadership;
  • Interpersonal communication skills and transparency; Have excellent organizational skills and be rigorous and methodical in their daily work; Demonstrate creativity and initiative Demonstrate positive energy Availability (flexible schedule);
  • Antecedent experiences for sale; Open minded about learning.
