Job Description
Reporting to the store manager, the employee will have to guide the customers to the right department to ensure excellent customer service. The role of the employee will be to take charge of the customers, notably in greeting the customers in store. The employee will also be in charge of answering the phone, making appointments, making reminder and satisfaction calls, as well as calling customers when their orders are ready.
- Greeting the customers and guiding them towards the right department;
- Answering phone calls;
- Making appointments with customers in store and over the phone;
- Confirming appointments;
- Making satisfaction calls;
- Making eye exam reminder calls for optometrists;
- Calling customers when their orders are ready;
- Assisting the team in administrative work when needed;
- Any other related tasks.
- Education: High school diploma
- Relevant years of experience: 1 to 2 years of experience
- Required language(s): French and English
- Salary: To be discussed

- Hours per week: 35 to 40 hours
