Position summary:
Safilo Canada is a leader in the distribution of optical frames and sunglasses. Safilo’s portfolio includes proprietary brands – Carrera, Polaroid, Smith Optics, Safilo and Oxydo – and licensed brands such as Dior, Fendi, BOSS, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Max Mara, Tommy Hilfiger and many others. Safilo Canada is a B2B company. Our clientele consists of Canadian professionals in the optical field; opticians, optometrists and specialty stores. Our customer service team also offer support to our sales representatives across Canada.
Working under the responsibility of the customer services manager, the candidate receives calls and compiles orders from customers and sales representatives. He/she enters the orders in the system and ensures data integrity and order monitory, if necessary. The agent must know the different products in order to become a reference in guiding our customers in their choice of models and answering different questions they might have. The role of the agent is to offer excellent customer service, on both before and after sales.
Requirements, skills and competencies:
- Bilingual English and French;
- Excellent communication skills;
- DES diploma obtained;
- Collegial degree, considered an asset;
- Proficiency of MS Office Word – Excel;
- Has two (2) years of relevant experience in a call center;
- Organized and show initiative;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Focused on teamwork and assisting others;
- Resourceful;
- Focused on the client;
- Adapts to change;
- Motivated to learn

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
