Job Description

Helping optometrist with eye exams while performing administrative tasks necessary to the store operations.

Main responsibilities
  • Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism;
  • Making appointments, eye exam reminders, and eye exam confirmations;
  • Creating and updating patient files;
  • Performing tests prior to eye exam;
  • Supervising eye exam payment and producing end-of-day reports;
  • Other administrative tasks.
Requirements and work conditions
  • Education: High school diploma
  • Relevant years of experience: an advantage
  • Required language(s): English and French
  • Salary: To be discussed
  • Hours per week: 35 to 40 hours
  • Employment status: Full-time
  • Employment date: As soon as possible
