• Make each patient feel welcome and comfortable at Opticanada
• Great at communicating clearly and effectively in person, on the phone, and online
• Verify and interpret insurances and eligibility
• Check patients in and out with ease and knowledge
• Computer experience required
• Previous front office and optical experience is required
• Knowledge of eyewear, lens options, frame adjustment & repairs
• Awareness of fashion and ability to assist customers in choosing the very best glasses
• Great sense of style, friendly personality and positive upbeat attitude
• Familiarity with optical insurance
